New Egypt, NJ (November 28, 2011) –The
New Egypt Speedway Fall Race Car and Parts Swap Meet will once again take place on Saturday, December 3rd. The 12th
annual Autumn event, which promises to be bigger and better than ever, is open to ALL divisions of auto racing as well
as all car enthusiasts. Gates will be open to the public from 7:30am until 1:30pm.
The following weekend,
Saturday, December 10th the Swap Meet will move over to Wall Stadium located on Rt. 34 South in Wall Township, NJ just
minutes north of Rt. 195. The times for this event will also be the same with gates open from 7:30am until 1:30pm.
Racing
and car buffs can look forward to seeing vendors selling cars and parts from all types of racing, both dirt and asphalt.
Many divisions are expected to be represented including Sprint cars, Modifieds, Sportsman, Quarter Midgets, Micro-Sprints,
Go-Karts, Late Models and Enduro cars just to name a few. Drag racing and Muscle cars & parts are always well
represented and a welcome addition to the meet.
Vendor spaces are still available and are $15 each. As always admission
for browsers and buyers is FREE! Whether you have used parts to sell, are searching for a part to finish your car,
or just want to browse, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
All are welcome! Food will be
available for purchase on site from Johnnie and Debbie O’s, who are known for their great breakfast sandwiches.
In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to hold the swap meet. If heavy rain forces
a postponement, each event will be rescheduled for the following day. New Egypt’s heavy rain date will be Sunday
December 4th at the same times, while Wall’s heavy rain date will be Sunday December 11th. Any postponement/cancellation will
be posted immediately on www.southjerseydirtracing.com.

New Egypt Offers 2012 Driver’s Free Season Pit-Pass
New Egypt, NJ – (Nov 23, 2011) - With the
Thanksgiving holiday weekend quickly approaching, New Egypt Speedway would like to continue that very same spirit….giving
‘thanks’. In an unprecedented gesture, the race car drivers of NES will be receiving a big ‘thank
you’ from the speedway throughout the 2012 season. In an economy where it’s become extremely difficult
for the racer just to make most of the scheduled events during the year, NES wants to give a helping hand. Every
driver that competes next year at the Plumsted, NJ facility will receive a FREE season pit pass in 2012. That’s
right, the driver will receive free admission into the pit area all year long.
“Fred and I have been doing
a lot of talking the past month searching for ways to make it a little easier on the people that support NES,” explained
track manager Danny Serrano. “This was actually Fred’s idea and I think it’s a great way to make
racing at New Egypt a little more affordable for everyone. Every little bit helps and I’m sure the drivers
will certainly appreciate anything we can do to help alleviate some of the weekly costs.”
There is only one
criteria a driver must meet in order to be eligible to receive the free ‘driver season pass’. A $100
pit license must be purchased for insurance purposes prior to receiving the pass. The standard pit license will
sell for the same discounted rate of $75 for non-drivers which traditionally goes back to the regular $100 fee after
opening day. The only policy that the ‘season pass’ holders must follow is that the pass is only valid
on the nights when that specific driver is entered to race. For example, if a driver’s division is not competing
that night and they are not racing, then pit pass is not valid. If you have any questions regarding the new ‘season
pass’ policy please contact the office at 609-758-1900
“This offer is good for EVERY driver at New Egypt,
whether they drive Modified, Sportsman, Crate-1, Outlaw Stock, Late Model, TSRS Sprint, or Enduro,” Serrano elaborated.
Pit licenses and all the important documents for the 2012 season will be available at the beginning of the new
year as well as the Motorsports Expo in mid-January.
There is one last event on the 2011 calendar at New Egypt. The annual
Fall Swap Meet will be held on Saturday, December 3. Gates open at 7:30am. The Swap Meet is free to the public
with and $15 charge for all sellers.
Don’t forget about the 2011 annual Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday,
January 7, 2012 at the beautiful Harrah’s Resort & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. All the pertinent information
regarding pricing, rooms, times, ect. can be found on the track’s website-www.newegyptspeedway.net.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Rocco Infante & Jon Haegele Share Spotlight
in New Egypt Finale
New Egypt, NJ (Nov. 12, 2011) – Rocco Infante of Robbinsville, NJ and Jon
Haegele of Ivyland, PA both visited the winner’s circle this Saturday afternoon in the season finale at New Egypt
Speedway sponsored by SpikeNGo. Infante pocketed $1500 for winning the 42 lap John Romano Jr. Memorial event for the
second straight year. Haegele meanwhile took home $2000 for his win in the 50 lap “Friends of Mike” Crate-1
Sportsman feature.
At the drop of the green it was Brian Roemer charging out to the early lead. Roemer
lead the way for the first 4 laps before Paul Kline worked his way by for the lead. However, Kline’s turn in the top
spot was short lived as on the very next lap Danny Bouc flew around Kline on the outside in dramatic fashion to assume
command. Bouc was flying around the outside and he stretched his lead as Infante worked his way into second. It appeared
that Infante didn’t have enough to catch the high-flying Bouc as he was not making up any ground at all, when
suddenly Bouc’s mount broke ending a great effort. From this point on it was all Infante, as the 3-time reigning champ
pulled away at will and cruised to his 6th win. Mike Lyons was a solid but distant second, chased across the line by Mike
Howardson. Dave Witte finished fourth and Bob Lineman Jr. rounded out the top five.
Jon Haegele posted his third feature victory of the season in the Crate-1 Sportsman “Friends of Mike”
50 lapper. Neal Williams took the early lead in the event. 10 laps into the race he was being heavily challenged by
both Haegele and Bryan Kuhl when he spun in turn #2. With Williams rejoining the field at the rear, Kuhl and Haegele put on
a nice duel for the lead, exchanging the top spot a couple of times. At the halfway sign Williams had climbed all the way
back to sixth and he quickly made himself noticed as he charged into second by lap 35. Williams ran down Haegele quickly,
but despite pulling alongside of him almost every lap, he could not make the pass. With the white flag waving, Williams
finally pulled it off and grabbed the lead. But Haegele would not be denied as he ran him down in turn 3, dove under
him and out dragged Williams to the line with the crowd on their feet! Williams settled for second in a tremendous
run, while Bryan Kuhl crossed the finish line third. Brian Papiez came home fourth and Jordan Henn, the Rocktoberfest
winner, finished fifth.
In the 100 lap Enduro, Scott Dunn took the lead on lap 7 and never looked back to
take the win. Tom Wolf chased down Steve Wilson and got by him on lap 73 for 2nd which also made him the winner for the 8cylinders.
Wilson finished 3rd, Jim Watkins was 4th and last week’s winner Randy Nelson rounded out the top 5
Scott
Dunn beat out Captain Crash to win the record 18 car Demolition Derby and take home the $500 top prize.
This
completes the 2011 racing schedule at New Egypt Speedway. NES Management would like to thank everyone for their support
and patronage this season. The 2011 awards banquet will be held on Saturday night January 7th at Harrah’s Resort
Casino in Atlantic City. For more information, call the speedway office at (609) 758-1900 or log on to the speedway’s

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Van Pauch and Laubach Split New Egypt Twin 20’s; Pauch Wins
5th Title
New Egypt, NJ (Oct. 15, 2011) – Billy Pauch of Frenchtown, NJ and Rick Laubach of Hellertown,
PA split the Twin 20 lap features at the New Egypt Speedway Saturday night on Roctoberfest Championship Night sponsored
by Roma Bank. Pauch passed leader Gary Butler as the white flag waved to post his record-setting 14th victory of the season.
In the nightcap Laubach led Willie Osmun thru heavy lapped traffic over the second half of the event, then held off
Pauch over the final 3 laps following a restart to record his second win of the season.
Gary Butler
raced to the lead early in the opening 20 lap event and stretched his lead out over the course of the first half of the event,
however, as the race wound down Billy Pauch kicked it up a notch and ran down the leader. The duo battled for the final
3 laps of the event with Pauch getting the lead for good as they completed lap 19. Butler settled for second,
followed by David Van Horn, Mike McAleer and Jimmy Horton.
The second feature saw Rick Laubach get to
the lead in the early going and hold off Willie Osmun thru heavy lapped traffic until a late race caution bunched up
the leaders. Pauch used this to his advantage as he got by Osmun for second, however Laubach would have none of it as
he raced on to his second win of 2011. This time it was Pauch settling for second, chased by Osmun, Horton, and Tim Tanner Jr.
Rocco Infante of Robbinsville, NJ won his fourth feature of the season in the 20 lap Sportsman main event.
Infante started third by the luck of the draw and took full advantage of it as he marched to career win #25. Mike Lyons
raced across the line in second chased by Brian Roemer, Mike Butler and Bob Lineman Jr.
In the Crate-1
20-lap Sportsman feature event it was young Jordan Henn of Kutztown, PA grabbing his first career victory. Henn drove a flawless
race pulling away from all competitors to post a very popular win. Doug Urbano finished second, with Jeremy Martino, Jim Housworth
and Cory Anderson rounding out the top five. Vern McLaughlin won the Outlaw Stock feature on Saturday night. Dan Collamer
was second, Gary Klimeczak was third, 2011 champion Jason Saredy was fourth and Kevin Bifulco was fifth.
The FASTRAK
Late Models ran twin 12 lap features. The first was won by Wall, NJ’s Rob Ormsbee as he beat out PJ Oliver and Joe
Warren. Mike Wharton then won the second feature, with Warren and Ormsbee running second and third.
The final
show of 2011 will be Saturday afternoon, Oct. 29, as New Egypt Speedway presents Halloween Havoc. Sportsman and Crate-1 Sportsman
will headline the racing card. The Crate-1 Sportsman will compete in their 50 lap “Friends of Mike” event while
the Sportsman will run the 42-lap John Romano Memorial race. The Vintage Cars, a 150-lap Enduro and a Demolition Derby
will also be contested. Gates open at 2:00 p.m. with the first race starting at 3:00 pm. For more information,
call the speedway office at (609) 758-1900 or log on to www.newegyptspeedway.net.

Van Horn Wins First in New Egypt Thriller
New Egypt, NJ (Sept. 10, 2011) – David Van Horn of Harmony,
NJ won his first feature of the year at the New Egypt Speedway Saturday night as he captured the 30 lap Modified main
event on 911/First Responders Tribute Night sponsored by Bob Drayton, Inc. Van Horn wrestled the lead away from Jimmy
Horton just 2 laps before halfway and then held off a late race charge from Horton and sponsor Bobby Drayton to score
the exciting victory.
The start was a sign of things to come as 7th starting David Van Horn charged
up to second behind pole sitter Mike Franz as they completed the opening lap. Jimmy Horton had looked fast in his heat
and wasted no time charging around the out side of the top two to take command just one lap later. Horton opened up
a slight advantage over Van Horn, however DVH was not going to settle in as he chased down Horton in just 2 laps. The
next 9 laps saw the crowd on their feet almost constantly as Van Horn consistently drove under, and sometimes past, Horton
in each corner only to see Horton storm back around the outside to hold the lead. A lap 13 restart would be the turning
point of this battle as leader Horton chose to take Van Horn’s lane away by restarting on the inside of the front
row rather than the outside lane he had been using up to that point. Van Horn then showed that his car would work anywhere
on the speedway as he charged into the lead as the green flag was displayed. After halfway, Van Horn opened up about
5 car lengths over Horton while 19th starting Bobby Draytonhad his family and friends in the sponsor’s box cheering
wildly as he entered the battle for the lead passing Horton for second with 11 laps remaining. Drayton then quickly
ran down Van Horn pulling alongside the leader with 6 laps to go as they approached lapped traffic. Drayton first tried
Van Horn on the far outside where he had been racing to the front successfully, however Van Horn only had to see that
once before he moved up and took that groove away in the next turn. Drayton then started trying to dive under Van Horn actually
getting by several times only to see Van Horn use his momentum to drive back by. With the two-laps-to-go sign being given, Horton
shocked everyone by flying by both of the leaders on the outside entering turn one. Van Horn quickly was able to sneak
under a lapped car and get back under Horton entering turn 3 and Drayton split thru two lapped cars and dove under Horton
to get second back and not let Van Horn get away as they exited turn 4 for the white flag. The final lap saw Drayton
build his speed for one final slingshot attempt in Turn four, but he was only able to get his front wheels under Van
Horn as DVH held everyone off for his first win of 2011. Drayton put on quite a show for everyone one his sponsors night settling
for a hard earned second. Horton was right on the top two cars back bumper for third as he continues to be hot the second
half of the season. Tad Cox quietly closed in on the top three over the final five laps to finish fourth just
4 car lengths behind. Richie Pratt, Jr. had a very strong run as he crossed the line in fifth.
Rocco Infante of
Robbinsville, NJ won his third feature of the season in the 20 lap Sportsman main event. The two-time defending champion started
17th taking the lead at the halfway mark from Brian Roemer and never looked back. The win was Infante’s division
leading 24th career Sportsman victory. Paul Kline posted his best finish at NES so far with a second place run in just
his sixth start. Roemer held on for third followed by DJ Ruppert and Mike Howardson in fifth.
Doug Debray
of Somerville, NJ won the Outlaw Stock feature for the first time in his career Saturday night. Dan Collamer threw everything
he could muster at him but had to settle for second at the finish. Brian Ludwig was third, Ken Snook finished fourth and
former champ Gary Klimeczak finished fifth.
Next Saturday night, Sept. 17, Lawrenceville Ford Lincoln Mercury will
present the Championship Challenge. Sportsman and Crate-1 Sportsman will headline the racing card joined by the Outlaw
Stocks and the Fastrak Late Models. All 4 of these divisions will decide the 2011 champions as they will compete for
double points in each of their feature events. The TSRS 305 Sprint Cars will also be in action as they continue their
2011 series. Gates open at 4:00 p.m. with the first race starting at 6:00 pm. For more information, call the speedway
office at (609) 758-1900 or log on to www.newegyptspeedway.net.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Wade Hendrickson Flies to Second Win at New Egypt
New
Egypt, NJ (Sept. 3, 2011) – Wade Hendrickson of Lawrenceville, NJ, known to his fans as “The Flying Farmer”,
posted his second win of the season at New Egypt Speedway Saturday night as he won the 30 lap feature event on Back-To-School
night sponsored by Buhler Auto Group. Hendrickson started 7th and wasted no time getting to the top spot by lap seven
and cruising to the victory.
At the drop of the green heat winner Dave Hunt lead the first lap before giving
way to second starter Rick Holsten. Holsten was strong in the early going as he showed the way till Hendrickson, who had been
steadily advancing to the front, dove under him entering turn one for the lead on lap #7. Once in front Hendrickson quickly
showed everyone that he was the man to beat on this night as he pulled away at will thru several early caution flags.
The first of which on lap 7 was caused by a 4 car tangle in turn two involving Dominick Buffalino, Jimmy Horton, Jimmy
Blewett and 13-time winner Billy Pauch; all of which restarted at the rear. At the halfway point Hendrickson found 11th
starter Sam Martz right behind him for what became the final restart followed by John Miloszar, Holsten and 19th starting
Rick Laubach. This did not phase Hendrickson who picked up where he left off and ran out to over a straightaway advantage
over Martz. With only 8 laps remaining Pauch, who had restarted at the rear just 15 laps before, moved past Martz for
second and tried to find Hendrickson. However this night belonged to Wade as he easily drove to his first ever 30 lap
victory at New Egypt Speedway (his first win was a 20 lapper). Pauch settled for a hard earned second while Martz held
off a persistent Laubach for the third position. Laubach and John McClelland rounded out the top five. Danny Bouc had a
nice run finishing in sixth.
Bobby Drayton beat out David Van Horn for seventh. Drayton was piloting Van Horn’s
back-up car due to a great act of Sportsmanship on Van Horn’s part. After a qualifying crash found Drayton looking for
a ride, David Van Horn (who is fifth in points) gave his back up car to Drayton (who is fourth in points) to race for the
rest of the night. Van Horn, Miloszar and Willie Osmun rounded out the top ten.
John Micek of Flemington,
NJ posted his first feature victory of the season in the Crate-1 Sportsman 20 lapper. Micek grabbed the lead from young
Jordan Cox on lap five and then held off a late race challenge from defending champion and current point leader Jim Housworth
to post the popular win. Housworth settled for a strong second after starting 18th followed by Cox, Kyle Borror and
Steve Ramsey.
In the twin Fastrak Late Model 12-lap features, PJ Oliver of Cream Ridge, NJ and Rob Ormsbee of
Wall, NJ split the two features for the third straight time. Ormsbee took top honors in the first one beating Tony Giglio
and Skip Syester for his 11th victory this year. Oliver then won the nightcap holding off Ormsbee and Syester for his third win
of the season.
This Monday evening, Sept. 5, it will be the second annual John Romano Memorial Sportsman
championship event presented by Spike-N-Go. The 84-lap affair will pay a cool $4,000 to the winner and also have lap
money paid for every lap of the feature event. Many invaders are expected to challenge defending race winner Rocco Infante
for the top prize. The Sportsman will also compete in the fan favorite match races paying $500 to the winner. The TSRS
305 Sprint Cars will complete the two-division card highlighted by their 25-lap $1,000 to win feature event. First race
will get underway at 5pm, with gates opening at 2pm.
Next Saturday Sept. 10th it will be Tribute to First Responders/911 Night
at New Egypt Speedway presented by Mr. Bob Drayton Inc. All Fire, EMS or Police personnel with ID will be receive FREE
general admission. The Powder Puff races rained out last week by Hurricane Irene will also be on the schedule.
Modifieds will headline the show joined by the Sportsman and the Outlaw Stocks. Racing gets underway at 6pm, with gates
opening at 4pm. For more information, call the speedway office at (609) 758-1900 or log on to www.newegyptspeedway.net.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
It’s the Best Night of the Year for Laubach at New Egypt
New
Egypt, NJ (Aug 20, 2011) – Rick Laubach of Hellertown, PA had his best night of the year at New Egypt Speedway Saturday
night as he won his first feature event in almost a year on Christmas in August sponsored by John Blewett, Inc. Laubach,
who has finished second 3 times already this season, grabbed the lead on a lap 12 restart from Mike Iles and never looked
back cruising to the 11th win of his career at NES.
Rich Acolia and Dominick Buffalino led the 27 car
starting grid to the opening green flag with fourth place starting Iles wasting no time getting into the top spot. Buffalino
gave chase staying close but had his hands full as Sam Martz and Laubach were moving up quickly and began challenging
for the runner-up spot. By lap 7 Billy Pauch and Jimmy Horton, who had both started on row nine, were really flying
as they were both about to crack the top when Pauch spun in turn four setting off a chain reaction 6 car pile up that also involved
Horton, which ended his night. Pauch returned to the fray, but with a badly damaged racer. Iles continued to hold the top
spot over Laubach when the yellow flag appeared again on lap 12 when Pauch broke on the frontstretch and was slammed
into by Mike McAleer. Both drivers were ok but their cars were done for the evening. On the restart Laubach powered
into the lead past Iles and quickly opened up a 8 car length advantage as the field clicked off the next 10 laps under
green. The final caution closed the field up but Laubach again pulled away and went on to record his first win of 2011.
A disappointed Iles settled for a strong run in second, while Sam Martz crossed the line in third. In the best
run of the evening, Tim Tanner Jr. worked hard the whole race as he raced thru the field from 21st starting position
including a daring 3-wide move between two cars with less than 5 laps remaining to record 4th. Willie Osmun, who is
now tied with Laubach for second in points rounded out the top five.
Bryan
Kuhl of Flemington, NJ posted his second feature victory of the season in the non-stop Crate-1 Sportsman 20 lapper. Kuhl
started third and won the event in just 6 minutes and 24 seconds for his third career NES victory. Glenn Knell scored
his best ever finish crossing the line second, followed by Rookie champion Jeremy Martino, first year Sportsman driver
Jordan Henn who finishes in the top five for the second straight week, and 2009 champ Jon Haegele.
In the TriState
RaceSaver 305 Sprint Series race, Bobby Devault Jr. won the 20-lap main event. Devault ran down race long leader and hometown
favorite Stephanie Palmai, passing her on the outside with less than 2 laps to go to record his 2nd career win, his first
since May 21st. Palmai chased Devault across the line a very close second, followed by defending series champ Jeff Geiges,
“Low-Buck” Chuck Palmucci and young Kyle Reinhardt.
In the twin Fastrak Late Model 12-lap features,
PJ Oliver of Cream Ridge, NJ and Rob Ormsbee of Wall, NJ were the winners. Oliver beat Ormsbee and Tony Giglio in the
first one, while Ormsbee bested Darin Henderson and Oliver in the second.
Tonight’s Christmas in August
program sponsored by John Blewett, Inc. and Blewett Motorsports raised over $3000 for the Marines Toys for Tots program.
This Tuesday night, Aug. 23rd it will be Midget Madness at New Egypt Speedway. The ARDC wingless Midgets will make
their only appearance of the season at NES as the big-block Modifieds will share the program in this 2-division show.
First race will get underway at 7:30pm, with gates opening at 5pm.
Next Saturday Aug. 27th it will be Bike Night
at New Egypt Speedway. All people who come to this event on a motorcycle will be admitted for half of the admission
price. There will also be over 20 bicycles given away to lucky kids that were donated by many of the race teams. Modifieds
will headline the show joined by the Sportsman and the Outlaw Stocks. Racing gets underway at 6pm, with gates opening at 4pm.

RUSH AT NEW EGYPT 410 Sprints & Modified Double-header. . . . . . JJ GRASSO TO MAKE 410 SPRINT DEBUT AT
NEW EGYPT ON TUESDAY NIGHT, AUGUST 30 IN THE "JERSEY RUSH" JJ Grasso, know in the 360 sprint ranks as
the "Jersey Jet", will make his 410 sprint debut in the "JERSEY RUSH" 410 sprints and modified double-header at
the New Egypt Speedway on Tuesday night, August 30. Grasso is known for his flat out driving style
and he always shows his best at the New Egypt Speedway, a track that he has dominated for several years. Grasso,
will strap into the 410 sprint car owned by John Pinter and sponsored by The Audi Shop. CnB Mushrooms Chubby Ciarrocchi
was instrumental in pulling together all the players to make this Pinter/Grasso merger happen. Pinter,
a successful former modified driver himself, will also field his primary 410 sprint car that is driven weekly by Central
Pennsylvania "hot shoe" Kevin Nouse. Grasso was the 2009 URC Champion and is URC's current point leader
with three wins this season and nineteen career URC triumphs. It's a great opportunity for Grasso to compete
at his favorite track and there is no doubt that he'll be racing against some of the best
drivers in the business of 410 sprint car racing. As for this big opportunity, Grasso is excited,
Pinter is confident and Chubby just can't wait for August 30 and the "JERSEY RUSH". Competition will be keen
with nationally known drivers like Fast Freddie Rahmer of Salfordsville, PA, Tyler Walker of Los Angeles, CA a
former 410 sprint car feature winner at New Egypt, Justin Henderson of Sioux Falls, SD, Greg Hodnett of Memphis,
TN, Daryn Pittman of Owasso, OK, Lance Dewease of Fayetteville, PA, Davey Sammons of Bordentown, NJ, Mark Smith, Chad
Layton, Frank Cozze, Kevin Nouse, Dave Ely and URC's seven time champion Curt Michael are just a few of the early
pre-entries. The 410 sprints are without a doubt the fastest race cars on dirt, with 900 horsepower and a
weight of just 1,400 pounds, these cars will fly around the always exciting 7/16 mile "D" shaped speedway at speeds
topping 120mph. Just imagine, twenty-four 410 sprint cars starting two abreast and taking the
green flag as they race into that first turn! You'll first hear the roar, then feel the rumble
when this race begins. The sprints will compete in time trials, heat race events and a "B" Main (consolation)
all leading up to the JERSEY RUSH, a 30 lap feature paying $5,000 to the winner. There is still more
to this show. Also on the program will be the Big Block Modifieds, the traditional weekly star-filled
division at New Egypt Speedway. Billy Pauch, Rick Laubach, Willie Osmun, Jimmy Horton, David VanHorn, Richie Pratt,
Wade Hendrickson and a host of other modified stars will be on hand to chase the $3,000 first place prize to win the 30
lap modified feature. Heats and a consolation will determine the twenty-four car starting field. Between
the 410 Sprints and Big Block Modifieds, one can expect "Double Trouble" in the twin 30 lap feature events. A Driver
& Crew Meet and Greet is being planned by race organizers for fans to get an up close look at the drivers and cars.
The Meet & Greet will take place from 5-6 PM. The gate from Victory Lane (behind the
turn four seating) to the pit area will open to allow spectators to go pit side for one hour prior to the start of this blockbuster
event. Come out early and enjoy a great night of racing. General admission is $30 for adults, $10 for children 6-11
and kids under the age of six will be admitted for Free. The pit fee is $35 and a license is not required. The event
is a co-promotion between Lenny Sammons, his sons and special events organizer Bob Miller. New Egypt Speedway Track

New Egypt's Tuesday Show postponed till next Tuesday Aug. 23rd
New Egypt, NJ – Mother Nature’s rain
has lost time and time again in 2011 to New Egypt Speedway. Unfortunately, this Tuesday’s “Midweek Modified
& Midget Madness” show has been postponed due to the heavy rains that fell Sunday and Monday. For only
the second time in 25 scheduled races so far this season, has NES lost to Mother Nature. Well, not a complete loss
as the entire program of ARDC Midgets and Big Block Modifieds has been rescheduled to next Tuesday, August 23.
“With
saturating rains the past 36 hours and more on the way, there was no way we could race Tuesday, especially with more thunderstorms in
the forecast,” explained track manager Danny Serrano. “We’ve already talked to ARDC and next Tuesday
is a go. We thought about Wednesday but with Utica-Rome running an RoC event we didn’t want to make the
drivers that were planning on running both tracks choose between the two shows.”
Current ARDC Midget point
leader Drew Heistand leads a talented field into New Egypt for their one and only appearance of the 2011 season. Some
of the wingless warrior stars that will be joining Heistand as they invade NES for their 25-lap main event will be Nick
Wean, Ryan Watt, Tim Buckwalter, Bruce Buckwalter Jr, Ryan Smith, Alex Bright, PJ Gargiulo, Steve Craig, and Dusty Heistand.
The Big Block Modifieds will be joining the Midgets on Tuesday, Aug 23 for a 30-lap main event. Billy Pauch,
fresh off his 100th career New Egypt Speedway victory leads the local contingent of drivers. Willie Osmun, Jimmy Horton,
David VanHorn, Rick Laubach, and Bobby Drayton are just a few of the NES regulars looking to defend their home turf.
Outside invaders Jeff Strunk, Billy Pauch Jr., and Ryan Godown have already confirmed that they’ll be in attendance
at a shot for the $3,000 first place prize. Matt Jester, Duane Howard, and Doug Manmiller have also expressed
interest in the mid-week program.
Pit Gates open at 4:30pm, General Admission gates open at 5pm, with the first
green flag waving at 7:30pm. Adult ticket prices are $22, Seniors & Military are $20, Students 12-15 years of
age are $10 and children 11 and under are free.
Traditionally August winds down the summer racing season, however it’s
anything but ‘downtime’ at NES over the next few weeks. This Saturday, August 20 will be ‘Christmas
in August’ as the annual U.S. Marines Toys for Tots drive takes place at the track. Fans are encouraged
to bring and donate unwrapped toys or make a cash donation in exchange for tickets and chances to win fabulous prizes donated
by Blewett Motorsports. The following Saturday, August 27 is New Egypt’s annual ‘Powder Puff’
Night brought to you by Spike –N- Go where the women will be on center stage as it will be their turn to get behind
the wheel of a race car.
Then New Egypt comes right back with yet another Tuesday racing program. The return
of the 410 sprint cars is what has everyone buzzing around the state of New Jersey. The PA Posse will invade NJ along
with the Big Blocks on Tuesday, August 30. Gates open at 5 p.m. with racing scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
It’s Lyons, Haegele and Burdge Oh My! in New Egypt Summer Slam
New Egypt, NJ (Aug. 13, 2011) – Mike Lyons of Monroe Twp., NJ captured his third win of the season at New
Egypt Speedway Saturday night in the 20 lap Sportsman event. Lyons used his third starting spot to his advantage as
he ran away and hid during the first half of the event. Mike Howardson grabbed the lead on lap 11, however a restart
1 lap later found Lyons getting back by into the lead. The final two laps Lyons was forced to hold off a fast closing Rocco Infante
to record the popular victory. Infante settled for a strong finishing second, Danny Bouc crossed the line third followed
by Howardson and Will Dupree. The win was career #14 for Lyons, who is now tied for fourth on the all-time list.
Jon Haegele of Ivyland, PA took home his second feature victory of the season in the Crate-1 Sportsman 20
lapper. Invader Ryan Anderson actually crossed the line first after starting 20th, but was disqualified for an illegal
carburetor in the post race inspection. Defending champ Jim Housworth finished second, Harry Marlin was third, fourth
was John Micek and John Aumick came home fifth.
Jarrod Burdge won his first ever feature at
New Egypt in the 20 lap Outlaw Stock event. Burdge charged to the front grabbing the lead just before halfway and then
held off former champ Gary Klimeczak for the victory. Defending champ PJ Oliver stole third on the final lap, beating
fourth place finisher Billy Wroble off the final turn while Brian Ludwig completed the top five.
In the
twin Fastrak Late Model 12-lap features, PJ Oliver of Cream Ridge, NJ and Rob Ormsbee of Wall, NJ were the winners. Oliver
won his first feature of the year in the first event as Ormsbee and defending champ Darin Henderson chased him across
the line. The nightcap found Rob Ormsbee posting his ninth win over Oliver and Tony Giglio.
The
75 lap enduro was won by Steve Wilson (4 cyl.) and Jim Watkins (8 cyl.). The Demo Derby was won Mike Dunn.
This
Tuesday Aug. 16th it will be a 2-division midweek show featuring the Big-Block Modifieds and the only appearance this
year of the ARDC Midgets. Racing gets underway at 7:30pm, with gates opening at 5pm. For more information, call the

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Billy Pauch Adds Another Milestone to Resume, Wins 100th at New Egypt
New Egypt, NJ (Aug 6, 2011) – Billy Pauch of Frenchtown, NJ has reached yet another milestone in his
storied career by winning the 100th Big-Block Modified feature victory of his career at New Egypt Speedway Saturday
night sponsored by Perone’s Auto Service and Salvage. In an event that only had one caution flag slow the action on
lap #3, Pauch started eighteenth and was as dominate as ever chasing down Richie Pratt Jr. from over a straightaway back
in the final half of the event. Pauch finally got by Pratt with just over a lap remaining and raced home to a popular
victory to the fans who were on hand to watch history being made.
“This win is really special to me.”
stated an exuberant yet relieved Pauch. “This track is like Flemington was for us, they do a great job here making
the surface racey and you can actually come from the back to win. There is always 3 and 4 wide racing and you need to be
on top of your game each week to race here. So I am very proud of our team for this accomplishment.”
Third
starting Richie Pratt Jr. grabbed the lead on the opening lap and looked to be very fast early as he opened up a good size
lead when the first yellow waved on lap three. He then picked up where he left off as he charged out front and pulled
away from the field over the next 10 laps. Pauch, who was 12th on the restart, pulled into the top five by lap 7 and
went to work on the frontrunners. As the halfway signal was displayed Pauch pulled into second spot only to find that
leader Pratt was long gone and off the radar! With Pratt flying out front over a straightaway in the lead, Pauch
went to work and slowly began chipping away at the lead. But with 7 laps to go Pauch was still about ¾ of a straightaway
back and time seemed to not be on his side. That is when heavy lapped traffic appeared in front of Pratt. Pauch ran
him down in jut three laps and the two put on an excellent show for the fans with lapped cars all around. As the white flag
was displayed Pauch got by Pratt in turn four and never looked back on his way to the historic 100th career win at NES.
Pratt settled for second, while Ron John Koczon raced home third, fourth was Tad Cox and two-time winner Gary Butler
rounded out the top five.
Doug Urbano of Hillsborough, NJ took home his first feature victory of his career
in the Crate-1 Sportsman 20 lapper. Urbano got to the front quickly and then held off several challengers to record the victory.
Jordan Henn drove a fine race to finish second, defending champ Jim Housworth raced home third followed by Steve
Hicks and Chuck Buchman.
In the TriState RaceSaver 305 Sprint Series race, Jahnny Wyers of Mamora, NJ. won the
20-lap event. Chris Allen Jr., the current point leader was second, Brian Carber was third in his first ever visit to the
speedway, while Kyle Reinhardt and Joe Lord completed the top five.
In the twin Fastrak Late Model 12-lap features,
Tony Giglio of Collingswood, NJ and Darin Henderson of Pasadena, MD were the winners. Giglio beat Henderson and Skip
Syester in the first one, while Henderson bested Rob Ormsbee and Syester.
Next Saturday Aug. 13th it will
be Summer Slam at New Egypt Speedway. Sportsman will get their chance to headline as they are joined by the Outlaw Stocks,
Fastrak Late Models, and Crate-1 Sportsman will join in to complete the racing card. There will also be an Enduro and a Demolition
Derby on tap as well. Racing gets underway at 6pm, with gates opening at 4pm. For more information, call the speedway office at

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
T-Mac Attack Invades & Wins $20,000 in NES Friends of Mike 100
New Egypt, NJ (July 30, 2011) – Tim McCreadie of Watertown, NY invaded the New Egypt Speedway Saturday night
and picked up the first win of his career at the track pocketing a huge $20,000 for his efforts in the annual Friends
of Mike 100 lap event. McCreadie topped a star studded field with a late race charge that saw him get within five car
lengths of leader Billy Pauch before Pauch broke with 8 laps to go. McCreadie then overcame a final restart with 3 laps
to go and then a near spin in turn four coming for the white flag to claim the popular victory.
“I
thought I had made a $20,000 mistake,” explained a winded McCreadie in victory lane, “The car had almost stalled
and was pointed toward the inside fence and I was just waiting to get run over when it suddenly came back to life and
I was able to drive it off the corner and keep the lead. I wish Billy hadn’t broke, I was catching him and I was
looking forward to racing him. I think we would have made it very interesting for the fans!”
David Van Horn
and Mike Iles brought the 40 car field to the start with Van Horn taking the early lead while 3rd starter and defending Friends
of Mike champ Willie Osmun moved into second. Osmun, who was the fastest car during the five heat races, wasted no time
at all as he flew by Van Horn on lap 3 for the top spot. Osmun was looking to run away and hide, however 99 time career
feature winner at NES Billy Pauch had other ideas. Pauch had started 12th and was 4th by lap 4 and looked to be the
fastest car on the speedway as he ran down the leaders one at a time. Osmun proved to be the toughest of the group however
as it took 4 laps of battling before Pauch assumed command on lap 10. Once in front Pauch raced away at will, and
began lapping cars wholesale as the fans focused their attentions on some great battles going on behind him involving
drivers such as Matt Sheppard, Stewart Friesen, Jeff Strunk, and Duane Howard. 19th starting Howard was very fast as
he raced into 3rd behind Pauch and Friesen by lap 14. Howard was up to second by lap 30 and as they raced thru lapped traffic
at halfway the top five were Pauch, Howard, Friesen, Strunk and McCreadie. On lap 60 McCreadie found traction on the very
bottom groove and began his march to the front as in two laps he passed Strunk and Friesen and began to chase down Howard
for second. It took about 10 laps to catch Howard, and another 10 to actually pass him as he finally made the move stick
on lap 81. Once he got by Howard, his sights shifted ahead for the leader Pauch who was almost a straightaway out front.
Quickly it became obvious to the crowd that McCreadie was very fast as he visibly was cutting into Pauch’s lead with
each passing lap. With ten laps remaining only five car lengths separated the two and a showdown seemed imminent. But
just as the crowd began to rise to their feet, the rear broke in Pauch’s #1, sending him coasting to the pits
with just 8 laps remaining. The final caution with 3 laps left closed up the field and put the nine cars on the lead
lap nose to tail for the restart. McCreadie raced away and seemed headed for a comfortable win when the car almost spun on
the inside of turn four coming to the white flag. Somehow McCreadie overcame the bobble and as the car roared back to life
he was able to correct and hold the lead. At the checkered flag it was McCreadie in the Salerno Racing/4-Star
Transmissions #4 taking the victory and the $20,000 first prize. Duane Howard was fast all night long and raced home
second, followed by an equally fast Stewart Friesen. 2007 NES champ Matt Sheppard raced home 4th followed by the March
RoC winner at New Egypt Jeff Strunk fifth. Rounding out the top ten were Richie Pratt Jr., 2-time defending NES champ Rick
Laubach, Danny Johnson, Ron John Koczon and Sam Martz.
The five heat winners each took home $1000 for their efforts!
They were Gary Butler, Willie Osmun, Billy Pauch, Matt Sheppard and Duane Howard.
Duane Howard also took home
another $1000 as he won the Xtreme Graphics Rogie Rumble II match races, as he won the final 3 including the 2 lap finale
over Osmun.
Pat Wall of New Egypt, NJ was declared the winner of the $1500 to
win Sportsman feature after apparent winner Kyle Borror came up light at the scale immediately following the event.
Third place finisher Bill Lester also was found to be light as well and was also DQ’d. Finishing second was 2
time defending champ Rocco Infante who now moves into the point lead once again. Infante did it after crashing his car
in his heat race and moving into Jeff Marcucci’s #8c to qualify thru the consi. Infante started 22nd in the feature
in the car he had never driven before and raced to the runner up finish. Third was Bob Lineman Jr., who bounced back
from a tangle that sent him back to the rear earlier in the event. Mike Butler and Danny Bouc rounded out the top five.
Heats paid the winners $250 each on Friends of Mike night and they were won by Ryan Beltz, Mike Lyons and Bouc.
Former
Super Stock champ Mick Search of Allentown, NJ won the 20 lap Outlaw Stock feature and picked up the $1000 first prize.
Bill Connelly couldn’t hold him back and finally had to settle for second, his best finish so far. Dan Collamer
raced home third ahead of Jason Saredy and Gary Klimeczak. Heat winners pocketed $200 each on Friends of Mike night
and they were Jarrod Burdge, Billy Wroble and John Carpenter.
Next Saturday night, Aug. 6, it will be Beach Party
Night at the New Egypt Speedway. There will be Boardwalk games and Food Specials from 4pm till 6pm so come early and
enjoy. On the track, Billy Pauch will make his third attempt at milestone win number 100 at NES in a full card of Big-Block
Modifieds. Joining the Modifieds on the card will be the Crate-1 Sportsman, the FASTRAK Late Models and the TSRS 305 Sprint
Cars. Gates open at 4:00 p.m. with the first race starting at 6:00 pm. For more information, call the speedway office

(Thanks folks !) :
It’s a New York State of Mind When it comes to Friends of Mike
New Egypt, NJ – The four most recent
entries for Friends of Mike VI which will take place this coming Saturday at New Egypt Speedway July 30, have been received
and filed. Four drivers from upstate Western New York will all be making the trek to New Jersey in search of some serious
cash. Stewart Friesen, Danny Johnson, Todd Burley, and Chad Brachman are the latest ‘outsiders’ to confirm
that they will be in attendance for the $20,000 F.O.M. first place prize.
Stewart Friesen, last year’s Super
Dirt Week winner at the Syracuse Mile has automatically become a lead candidate of possible winners for the 100-lap
event. The Niagara On The Lake, Ont driver is currently leading the point standings at all three of his home tracks.
Friesen leads the way at the Brewerton, Five Mile Point, and Utica-Rome Speedways as well as the entire Northeast
in dirt modified wins. Friesen’s only appearance at NES in 2011 came in the R.o.C. ‘Cabin Fever’
where he finished a respectable 4th. There is no doubt about it, Stewart Friesen is coming to New Egypt for one reason
and one reason only…He wants to be conquer the Friends of Mike field and walk out of NES with $20,000!
When
Danny Johnson enters ANY race he is a threat to win. Arguably one of the most talented race car drivers to have ever
strapped into a race car, Johnson will being seeking revenge on the NES field on July 30. Last year Johnson came
up just a few laps and car lengths short of the $15,000 first place prize as NES regular Willie Osmun held off the hard
charging Johnson at the finish line. The Rochester, NY driver will be steering the Mike Payne-owned No. 27J and
will be looking to take no prisoners on Saturday. ‘The Doctor’ has also been voted into the Rogie Rumble
II modified match races by the fans of New Egypt. If DJ can sweep the heat race, Rumble, and 100-lapper he could
leave NJ with $22,000…not too bad for a Saturday in July.
Todd Burley is not stranger when it comes to NES
and he hopes that will carry him a long way next Saturday during the 100-lap affair. Todd was actually an NES regular
back in 2002 where he recorded several top 5 finishes to his credit. The Spencerport, NY driver realizes it’s
a long tow from his home town but feels that it’s well worth the trip for the purse that’s being offered to
the modified division. Burley currently sits third in points at both his home tracks of Ransomville and Utica-Rome.
He was able to make it to the Cabin Fever 60 back in March where unfortunately he was unable to qualify for the
event. You can almost guarantee that driver of the No. 89B will not have a repeat performance like that again.
The
fourth driver entered from upstate New York is a surprising yet pleasant entry. Chad Brachman has only competed at
the New Jersey oval a handful of times but is certainly up for the 100-lap challenge. The Sanborn, NY driver is
a regular at the Ransomville Speedway where he currently sits 2nd in points just ahead of Todd Burley and behind legendary
small block driver Pete Bicknell. Look for the Mighty Taco/Power Trip Energy Drink No. 3 to be turning the heads
of the NES fans this coming Saturday.
It all goes down this Saturday, July 30 at New Egypt Speedway. Friends of
Mike VI with a possible $20,000 going to the winner of the 100 lap modified portion of the night. All gates open
at 2pm. A free BBQ to the public will take place from 2-4pm in conjunction with a huge Chinese Auction. Racing
begins at 6pm. The Sportsman, who race for $1,500 will be in action as well as the Outlaw Stocks who race for
$1,000 for their F.O.M. prize. Adult admission is $30, Students 12-15 years of age are $15, and children 11 and under
are FREE. Pit admission is $40 no license required. For more information please call the speedway at 609-758-1900
or log onto www.newegyptspeedway.net.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Horton
Ends Drought on Steamy Night at New Egypt
New Egypt, NJ (July 23, 2011) – Jimmy Horton of Neshanic, NJ
captured his first feature in 14 months at New Egypt Speedway Saturday night as he won the 30 lap Legends Night Modified
event sponsored by The GiveBack Foundation. Horton passed race long leader Tim Tanner Jr. with just 2 laps remaining
to post his 18th career victory at NES.
Tim Tanner Jr. was very fast right from the start as he shot by pole sitter
Rick Holsten on lap #2 to grab the lead and then walked away from the field. Meanwhile, 7th starter Horton was hot on his
heels as he grabbed second just 2 laps later and set his sights on Tanner. Tanner had checked out though and had a
sizeable lead until he hit lapped traffic. With Horton closing in, the first yellow of the event appeared on lap 16
and closed up the field on his bumper. When the green flew, Tanner picked up where he had left off leading the way, however
Horton was putting on the pressure which he increased each and every lap. With 8 laps to go he began pulling up alongside
of Tanner in turn one and each passing lap saw him shave a little bit more off Tanner’s lead. Horton finally got
the bite he had been searching for and drove into the lead on the backstretch with just two laps left and then raced
to a popular victory. Tanner drove a great race but had to settle for second. Willie Osmun came on strong in the final
10 laps to race home third as he prepares to defend his Friends of Mike crown next week. Tad Cox and Jimmy Blewett
rounded out the top five.
Neal Williams invaded the New Egypt Speedway on Saturday night and captured
his first NES feature victory of his career in the Crate-1 Sportsman 20 lapper. Williams got by Rookie competitor Jordan
Cox with less than five laps remaining to post the win. Dan Mazy crossed the line second while Cox drove to his best
finish to date finishing third. Fourth was John Micek and Jarrett Rozycki completed the top five.
Mike
Wharton and Rob Ormsbee split the Fastrak Late Model 12-lap features. Wharton took the first one in his first appearance
at NES this season, chased by Rob Ormsbee and defending champ Darin Henderson. Ormsbee then took the nightcap over Wharton
and Tony Giglio.
Next Saturday night, July 30, New Egypt Speedway presents Friends of Mike Night.
Modifieds will headline the show with a 100 lap $15,000 to win event that also offers a guaranteed starting spot in this years
Eastern States 200 at Orange County Fair Speedway. The event could pay $20,000 if the driver takes the Gambler’s

Friends of Mike Night & " Rogie Rumble II "@ New Egypt Speedway (7/30/11)
Thanks Nick ! :
First Official Entries Arrive for Sixth Annual Friends of Mike Race
New Egypt, NJ – In just two short
weeks New Egypt Speedway will be hosting the most important race in the tracks’ 14-year history. On Saturday,
July 30 the NES will be hosting Friends of Mike VI in conjunction with the ‘Rogie Rumble II’. The Modifieds
will have the opportunity to compete for an unprecedented $20,000 for first place prize money. The Sportsman and
Outlaw Stocks will also be in competition that evening as they race for $1,500 and $1,000 in their respective divisions.
Last
year Willie Osmun was able to conquer the 100-lap event in grand style which also happened to be his first career modified
victory. This year’s 100-lap race will once again pay an overwhelming $15,000 to the winner however there is
a twist involved in 2011. Just like the Cabin Fever 60 back in March, there is a ‘Gambler’s Fee’
being offered. If a driver posts a $250 gambler fee the incentives become even that more enticing. The winner
will receive $20,000 matching the highest paying one-day event in dirt modified short-track racing, equaling that of
Grandview’s Freedom 76er and Fulton’s Outlaw 200. Just like the Cabin Fever Challenge, any driver that finishes
in the top 10 will receive their $250 back on top of their earned winnings.
Mike Franz of National Park, NJ became
the first official F.O.M. entry last week. Franz, who is a 2011 transplant from the Bridgeport Speedway, is finding
himself more and more comfortable at his new Saturday Night home. Franz currently sits in the top 20 of the NES Modified
point standings against of field of over 40 regular competitors. Franz’s best finish came back on June 18 as
he posted a 6th place effort after leading the first 10 laps of the feature.
Two-time defending track champion Rick
Labuach was the second official entrant as he entered his Gary Herrmann-owned, Benton Electric & Elevator and Beer
City sponsored No. 7 machine. Laubach has yet to visit the winner’s circle in 2011 but “The Quaker Shaker” has
looked extremely stout the past two races as he placed third and second respectively. Laubach is a former winner
of F.O.M. as he was able to take home the first of four 20-lappers in 2007. An avid traveler of the R.o.C. and
D.I.R.T. tours Rick is well suited for extra-distance races especially those at his home track.
Local fan-favorite
Ron John Koczon was the third driver to enter F.O.M. VI last week. Koczon literally came within inches of winning his
second ‘Yankee Classic’ a few short weeks ago. Koczon along with aforementioned Laubach, and current
point-leader Billy Pauch battled three-wide for the lead over the last 4 circuits around the track. Pauch wound up
winning the race but Koczon had everyone’s attention as he rode the ‘high-side’ the entire last few laps
of the dramatic 30-lapper. The former Sportsman Champion has visited NES victory lane on four different occasions
as a modified chauffer.
The three division program has a starting time of 6pm. The grandstand and pit
gates will open at 2pm. Adult admission for July 30 is $30, Students 12-15 are $15, children 11 and under are FREE,
Pit Admission is $40 No track license needed. For more information regarding times, prices, the auction, and bbq, rules,
entries, lap sponsors, and other important information you can visit www.newegyptspeedway.net or call the track office at 609-756-1900. New Egypt Speedway is located at 720 Route 539, New Egypt,
NJ just minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure.
Field Set for Xtreme Graphics Rogie Rumble II on Friends of Mike Night
New
Egypt, NJ-The fans of New Egypt have voted and their voices have been heard loud and clear. For the second consecutive
year the ‘xtremely’ popular modified one on one match races will take center stage on Friends of Mike Night
July 30. Xtreme Graphics has stepped up to the plate and once again will sponsor the ‘Rogie Rumble II’.
Adam Huff and Dan Fleming of Asbury, NJ have operated the full service graphics/design company since 2005. They
offer everything from custom logo design, signs, banners, to vehicle graphics and wraps. “Designing
and lettering race cars is a big part of our business and we thought sponsoring this event would be a great opportunity
to give back to the sport we all love and have been involved with,” offered Fleming. ‘Our customers include
the last two F.O.M. winners Billy Pauch and Willie Osmun,” Fleming added. For more information you can visit
Xtreme Graphics at www.xtremegraphicsnj.com NES fans casted over 500 votes between more than 75 different drivers as to just who they wanted
to see in the match races. The top 5 New Egypt regulars and top 5 ‘Outsiders’ that received votes were
locked into the Rogie Rumble II.
Leading all drivers in voting was Neshanic Station, NJ’s Jimmy Horton.
Horton, always a fan-favortie where ever he races, is looking to turn around his 2011 season. A win in the
Rogie Rumble II could lead to a great finish in the 100-lap F.O.M. feature and completely turn around his season. Finishing
second behind Horton was Rochester, NY’s Danny Johnson. ‘The Doctor’ will be looking to make a ‘house
call’ when the Rogie Rumble II stages in the infield on July 30. Right behind Johnson in the balloting was
99 time NES winner Billy Pauch. ‘The Kid’ ran the table in 2010 during the Rogie Rumble. He’s
also won the last 5 match races held at NES! Waterloo NY’s Matt Sheppard was fourth in the final voting
ranked as the second highest ‘outsider’. ‘Super Man’ is also a former NES track champion
who knows how to get the job done. Rounding out the top 5 from last Saturday’s votes was the ‘Ringoes
Rocket’ Ryan Godown. Godown is no stranger to victory lane at NES, as he’s looking to follow up his big
R.o.C. victory at Lincoln a few weeks ago, with another stellar F.O.M. performance. Also making the Rogie
Rumble II field were Grandview and Big Diamond star Jeff Strunk, 5-time Syracuse winner Billy Decker, two-time defending
NES track champion Rick Laubach, New Egypt’s own Ron John Koczon, and fan-favorite Bob Drayton.
Craig VonDohren and Wade Hendrickson are the first two alternates should one
of the locked in drivers is unable to compete in the Rogie Rumble II. Two more drivers will be added to the field
on the night of July 30 as they will start off the eliminations against each other in the first match race. Those
two slots will be filled by the two drivers turning the quickest laps in their respective heat races. $1,000 awaits
the ‘Xtreme Graphics’ Rogie Rumble II winner along with a beautiful trophy. Gates open at 2pm
on Saturday, July 30. Adult admission is $30, students 12-15 are $15, and children 11 and under are FREE. Pit admission
is $40 no license required. For more information please call the speedway at 609-758-1900 or log on to www.newegyptspeedway.net

Important Information regarding Saturday, July 23 at New Egypt Speedway
New Egypt, NJ – This coming Saturday
will be the annual ‘Legends Night’ proudly sponsored by the GiveBack Foundation. The Big Block Modifieds,
Crate-1 Sportsman, Fastrak Late Models, and the Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club will all be in action. The starting time
of Saturday’s events have been pushed back one hour due to the intense heat wave in the area. The general admission
gates will open at 4pm as usual while the pit gates will open at 4pm an hour later than usual. “By the time
Saturday rolls around the heat and high temperatures will probably be taking a toll on a lot of people,” expressed
track general manager Danny Serrano. “I believe we had to do this either last year or the year before because
of the heat. We just think starting the program an hour later is in the best interest of the fans, drivers, and
track crew. So the first heat will now start at 7pm on Saturday” Serrano explained.
There will be plenty
of ‘buzz’ around NES this coming Saturday as over 30 legends in dirt track racing history will be in attendance for
a meet and greet autograph session at intermission. Stan ‘The Man’ Ploski, Newt Hartman, Billy Osmun,
Phil Meisner Sr., Tom Hager, Ken Brenn, Max Iles, Jimmy Martz, Lee Hendrickson, Chic Cossaboone, Carl Vanhorn, Johnny
Leach, Richie Pratt Sr., Scott Kaina, Bob Rosell, Fritz Epright, Roger Laureno, Larry Kline, George Unfried, Stan Janiszewski,
Les Katona, Billy Pauch, and Jimmy Horton will all be in attendance on Saturday night. Former asphalt NES track be
in attendance on Saturday night. Former asphalt NES track champions John Blewett Jr., Tony Siscone, and Harold Dauncey
will also be signing autographs on Saturday. Other racing icons that have confirmed to be on hand include Anthony
Farraioulo, Bill Nemec, Bob Cosgrove, Dennis Smith, Kevin Blemont, and Johnny “The Ice Cream Man”. Make
sure you get the 2011 Legends Poster as only 250 copies will be printed up for purchase on Saturday.
The Giveback
Foundation will be on hand Saturday looking for fans to donate non-perishable foods and canned items. The food will
go to a family in the area that is need of help. The GiveBack Foundation is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation
created to assist individuals, families, and other like focused charities in the region consisting of the New Jersey
Counties of Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Mercer, and Middlesex. The GiveBack Foundation has been very successful
in reaching out to the community to provide immediate help to those in need.
Anticipation is in the air as the
6th Annual Friends of Mike Night is drawing closer. A $15,000 first place prize ($20,000 with Gambler’s Option)
awaits one lucky Modified driver. Many hot shoes from New York and Pennsylvania are expected to challenge the NES
regulars in the 100 lap event. The Sportsman and Outlaw Stocks will also be racing for extra money on July 30th.
A huge auction will be held starting at 2pm with plenty of racing novelties and prizes to be won. A free BBQ from
2-4pm will be held in the picnic area before the races start.
What’s also got everyone excited at New Egypt
is the fact that Billy Pauch is only one win away from hitting the 100 mark. The four-time, all-time leading feature
winner at NES has been nothing short of dominant in 2011. Pauch has driven to victory lane 5 straight weeks and
has won 8 of the last 9 events held at the speedway. The question that remains on everyone’s mind is “Will
this be the night that Billy reaches career Modified win #100 at NES?” Adult admission is $20…Seniors
& Military are $18…Students 12-15 are $10 and as always children 11 and under are FREE. For more information

Billy Pauch wins # 99 !

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Where There’s a Pauch, There’s
a Win at New Egypt
New Egypt, NJ (July 16, 2011) – Billy Pauch of Frenchtown, NJ won his 99th feature
of his career at the New Egypt Speedway Saturday night as he captured the 30 lap Modified main event sponsored by The Learning
Well. Pauch picked his way to the front quickly and then used the last restart of the event with just two laps remaining
to squeeze by a very strong David Van Horn and cruise home to his tenth win of the season.
“He
was really quick and had a great line the whole race,” explained an excited Pauch in victory lane, “I almost
knocked my right rear tire off when I bounced off the wall on the previous restart and I thought I was getting a flat.
But on the last restart I was able to find a spot in the middle that had some grip and was able to get my left rear
in it, I left him a lane but he was just spinning wheels.”
Jim Robertson and Dave Hunt brought the 28 car field
to the start with Hunt grabbing the early lead. Hunt looked good early as the first year Modified driver lead the first
5 laps of the event. Ninth starting David Van Horn was the quick mover early as was up to fourth after just one lap
and then grabbed second from Robertson on lap 4. One lap later he ran down Hunt and wasted no time as he blew by him on
the outside for the lead on the sixth circuit. Once in front Van Horn showed his strength to everyone as he raced away
from the field. Meanwhile, Pauch had been steadily climbing the ladder from 18th starting spot as he was in the top
ten by lap 4 and was seventh when Van Horn took the lead. Lap nine saw Pauch pass a very fast Jimmy Horton for third
and two laps later he slipped under Dave Hunt for the runner up position. One lap before halfway, Horton stopped in turn
four with a blown engine giving Pauch one last double file restart. With his sights set squarely on Van Horn, DVH showed
it was going to take a lot to catch him as he raced out to a sizeable advantage trailed at halfway by Pauch, Hunt, Wade
Hendrickson and Ron John Koczon. Pauch closed back in and with 8 laps to go the duo approached the lapped car of Tommy
Farrell III who was running in the all important outside groove that both the leaders were racing in. It appeared that
this would force Van Horn out of his groove for the first time with Pauch ready to pounce, but at that moment the yellow appeared
putting clear track back in front of the two. Van Horn seemed to have Pauch covered on the restart only to see the yellow come
out again with 5 laps to go. Again DVH had Pauch covered and raced away on this restart expanding his lead to 5 car lengths
when Pauch made contact with the turn two wall as he tried everything in his repertoire to pass the speedy Van Horn.
However with just 2 laps remaining the final caution came on for fifth place Mike McAleer whohad come to a stop in turn
two, giving Pauch one final chance on the green-white-checkered restart. This time Pauch did not dive all the way to
the inside rail but instead just to the middle lane as they charged into turn number one, finding a spot that still had
some grip. The two leaders ran inches apart thru turn two and this time Pauch had the bite he needed to make the pass
and charge into the lead. Once in front Pauch sped to career win number 99 by 4 car lengths over Van Horn who settled
for runner-up honors. Hendrickson crossed the line in third, followed by Dave Hunt who did a 360 spin and kept going
with two laps remaining to post his first career top five by finishing fourth and Ron John Koczon got back by Bobby Drayton
on the final lap to grab fifth.
Rocco Infante of Robbinsville, NJ was the class of the field in the 20 lap Sportsman main event. The two-time defending
champion started 18th, and raced into the lead passing leader Rich Rutski with five laps to go to post his second win
of 2011. The win moves Infante into the all-time lead for career Sportsman wins with 23. Rutski raced home second trailed
by Mike Butler, Ryan Beltz and Pat Wall.
Point leader John Carpenter of Howell, NJ won the Outlaw Stock feature
for his fourth win of the season. Former champ Gary Klimeczak finished second while Jarrod Burdge posted his best finish
in third. Billy Wroble and Mick Search rounded out the top five.
Next Saturday night, July 23, New Egypt Speedway
& the GiveBack Foundation will present Legends Night. Over 40 legendary drivers will be on hand to sign autographs
including Stan Ploski Jr., Ken Brenn Jr., Roger Laureno, Billy Osmun, Bobby Rossell, Carl Van Horn, Phil Meisner, Les
Katona, Newt Hartman, Johnny Leach, Fritz Epright, & Tom Hager just to name a few along with former NES asphalt champs
John Blewett Jr., Harold Dauncey and Tony Siscone. On the track, the legendary Billy Pauch will make his first attempt
at milestone win number 100 at NES in a full card of Big-Block Modifieds. Joining the Modifieds on the card will be
the Crate-1 Sportsman and the FASTRAK Late Models. The Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club will also join in on the
festivities. Gates open at 4:00 p.m. with the first race starting at 6:00 pm. For more information, call the speedway

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Pauch and Koczon Give Fans Extra Fireworks at New Egypt
New Egypt, NJ (July 2, 2011) – Billy Pauch of Frenchtown, NJ won his eighth feature of the season at New
Egypt Speedway Saturday night as he edged out Ron John Koczon at the stripe to win the 30 lap Modified feature
event sponsored H&H Gas. In what was described by many of those in attendance as one of the five best features ever
at New Egypt Speedway in the 14 years of their dirt history, Koczon lead the non-stop event until the final lap when
Pauch was able to get a run under him in the final turn, beating Koczon by half a wheel as the sparks flew.
“I didn’t know it was the last lap,” explained Pauch in victory lane, “I was trying to
give Ron John a lane there and we rubbed coming off as we both just went for it. I can’t say enough about this Bicknell car,
it works perfect no matter what the surface does. Look, Ron John (Koczon) has a brand new one and look what he is doing.”
Koczon grabbed the lead at the start from his third starting spot and set a strong pace for the competitors in
the opening laps as he led Rich Acolia, Dave Hunt and Mike Hendershot. Rick Laubach and Mike Iles were advancing quickly,
as was 17th starting Pauch. By lap 10, Pauch was into the top five behind Laubach, and the two moved into second and
third by the halfway mark. With 12 laps to go, Laubach caught Koczon in lapped traffic and the two raced side by
side for the lead with Pauch following right on their bumper looking for a lane for himself. Laubach actually led at
the line several times only to find Koczon race back around him into the lead. With 5 laps to go, the battle continued
as Laubach changed to the outside groove in lapped traffic. This move opened the door for Pauch on the very bottom groove
and he used it to capture second. Pauch would pull even but Koczon had an answer each time. On the final lap, they ran
even around the speedway. As they both moved around lapped traffic in the final two turns Pauch finally got the run
he was looking for as the two drivers rubbed nerf bars to the delight of the crowd. Pauch won by half of a wheel ending
a great bid by Koczon. This victory is Pauch’s 6th in his last 7 tries. Laubach settled for third after a great
run, Mike Iles raced home in fourth followed by Bobby Drayton.
Pauch won the final 8 match races en route to pocketing
$850 for his efforts in the Big Bang Bonanza Match Races. When Sam Martz called Pauch out in only the third race, it
caught Pauch so much by surprise he had to put on his helmet, as he figured he wouldn’t get called out till near
the end. Tim Tanner Jr. brought the crowd to their collective feet as he came the closest to knocking off Pauch
with a great last turn run which fell just short.
In the 25 lap URC Feature, Josh Weller won his third
career URC Sprint win, his first ever at New Egypt. Weller led the whole event, but never by more than about 5 car lengths
while a battle royal waged behind him for second thru tenth. In the end Weller took the victory, holding off a late
race charge by Curt Micheal. Dave Ely finished third, while former NES Modified stand out Mark Bitner and Davey Simmons.
Next Saturday night, July 9, New Egypt Speedway will be in action again featuring a full card of Big-Block Modifieds,
Crate-1 Sportsman, Fastrak late Models, & the Tri-State Racesavers 305 Sprint Cars. Gates open at 4:00 p.m. with
the first race starting at 6:00 pm. For more information, call the speedway office at (609) 758-1900 or log on

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
Billy Pauch Dominates New Egypt Modifieds Saturday
New
Egypt, NJ (June 18, 2011) – Billy Pauch of Frenchtown, NJ captured his sixth win of the season at New Egypt Speedway
Saturday night as he ran away with the 30 lap Modified event sponsored by B&B Towing and Recycling. Pauch started
eighteenth and wasted absolutely no time at all getting to the front as he charged around the outside groove to eighth
position in just one lap. He then advanced to second quickly and grabbed the lead from Mike Franz on a lap 9 restart. Once in
front Pauch was in a class by himself as he ran away and hid from the competition leaving everyone else to battle for second.
For Pauch it was his 95th career win at the Central Jersey oval, leaving him just 5 away from the 100 milestone.
Third
starting Mike Franz grabbed the early lead from pole sitter Steve Haggan on the opening lap as Pauch was blasting around
the high groove from 18th starting spot to eighth. The next several laps saw Franz set the pace as 7th starting Tim
Tanner Jr. and 5th starting Frank Cozze Jr. waged a crowd pleasing battle for second. Pauch meanwhile continued his
march to the front, breaking into the top five on lap 3 and joining the Tanner/Cozze battle the following lap. By lap
7 the 4 time champ had moved into second and set his sights on the leader when the yellow flag was displayed. The restart
would end any drama that had built up as Pauch stuck like glue to the inside groove and just drove off into the night.
A lot of racing still remained and Franz, Cozze Jr. and Tanner were joined by David Van Horn for a duel that would give
the crowd their money’s worth. With just 7 laps to go a very fast Dominick Buffalino was involved in a hard wreck
on the front stretch which saw his car bounce off the wall across the track in heavy traffic. Everyone was able to miss Buffalino’s
very bent racer, however the ensuing melee found John McClelland hitting the end of the inside guardrail in turn one at almost
full throttle. McClelland fortunately walked away uninjured from the scary crash as the combination of tractor tires he
hit that protect that spot and the fact that the guardrail bent absorbed most of the impact. After repairs to the fence
racing resumed and Pauch picked up where he left off winning his 4th race in his last five starts. Frank Cozze Jr. drove
an excellent race to gain the runner up spot over a fast closing Van Horn. Tim Tanner Jr. came home fourth and Jimmy
Horton battled back from an early race tangle to complete the top five.
Brian Papiez of Belle Mead, NJ took home his first feature victory in over two years in the Crate-1 Sportsman 20
lapper. Papiez raced past point leader Bryan Kuhl just before halfway and captured the fifth win of his career. Kuhl
finished second followed by former champ Jon Haegele, Kyle Borror and Rookie feature winner Jeremy Martino who came
up from 23rd starting spot.
In the TriState RaceSaver 305 Sprint Series race, Kyle Reinhardt of Neptune City, NJ.
won his first career Sprint Car win in the 20-lap event. With the win Reinhardt became the seventh different winner for TSRS
in as many events. Reinhardt used lapped traffic to his advantage late in the race and then pulled off a last lap pass
to beat Jeff Schall by a little less than a car length. Schall settled for second after leading most of the event, Stefanie
Palmai found something up in the high groove late in the race and finished afast closing third. John Wyers and defending
champ Jeff Geiges rounded out the top five.
In the twin Fastrak Late Model 12-lap features, Rob Ormsbee of Wall, NJ
and Tony Giglio of Collingswood, NJ were the victors. Ormsbee posted his sixth win in nine events in the first one, besting
Steve Davis and defending champ Darin Henderson. In the nightcap, PJ Oliver took the checkered first only to be found
19 lbs. light at the scale. Giglio then inherited the win which was the second of his career. Henderson and Davis finished
second and third in a wild finish that saw both of them get by Ormsbee on the final turn.
In the Cradle
Rock Developers Rookie Sportsman series, Jeremy Martino grabbed his second win of the series, taking the point lead back. Jordan
Cox & John Desmelyk chased him across the line. With one race left, only 6 points separate the top 4 drivers chasing
the 2011 Rookie Championship.
Next Saturday June 25th it will be Graduation Night for the Rookie Sportsman class
of 2011 as we will crown this years champion. Modifieds will headline the rest of the program competing in a 30 lap feature,
while Sportsman and Outlaw Stocks join in to complete the racing card. Racing gets underway at 6pm, with gates opening
at 4pm. For more information, call the speedway office at (609) 758-1900 or log on to www.newegyptspeedway.net.
